During the past two months we have come far in the progression of the first tiny house build completed by Nature’s Nest. To expedite the building process, we have hired help to make our designs come alive. In the course of 6-7 weeks most of the home’s exterior has been built. Remaining exterior items include installing the soffits, installing the vents in the soffits, siding the house with shingles, finishing the storage unit located on the front of the trailer, installing exterior lights, and painting the trim work.
As of January 31, 2016 we are tying together loose ends on the exterior and will be working on the inside soon. Luckily the mild winter has been on our side since we began building in the second week of December 2016. There have been a few cold and windy days that have made building difficult. However, the help we have hired has done a great job in working with the weather conditions to push forward in the build progress.
This is what the house currently looks like:

As pictured, it is clear that we have come far since December of 2016!
